The Uzbeks have a law that states that unless a person, to Uzbekistan, Reports in Embassy every 5 years, may well stripped of their citizenship. The only way to get it back is to visit Tashkent, Where entering the country to do so can leave you in jail for up to 10 years. Also trying to get your citizenship can get you another 10 years in jail.
